THE GALLA PARTY
Dear students & parents
We would like to invite you to the annual Galla Party
at Esbjerg Gymnasium on
Friday the 18th of November 2022
from 18.00 to 24.00.
Tickets are 275 kr per person, and due to fire regulations each student is allowed to bring a maximum of 2 parents.
The bar opens at 17.45 and stocks wine, beer, soft drinks and water.
The bar gets very busy, so good advice is to buy your first drink on arrival.

Menu
Starter:
Smoked duck breast, tarragon mayonnaise and marinated kale with pickled cranberries and salted walnuts.
Entree:
Beef tenderloin with a rosemary glace, crushed potatoes.
Salad with Pearl spelt, baked pumpkin, roasted seeds and apples
Salad with pointed cabbage, mustard vinaigrette and sunflower seeds.
Dessert:
Dark chocolate cake with Chantilly creme and baked berries.
Vegetarian menu

Baked marinated pumpkin, vegan mayonnaise and kale, pickled cranberries and salted walnuts.

Vegan nut roast with mushrooms, crushed potatoes with herbs.
Salad with Pearl spelt, baked pumpkin, roasted seeds and apples.
Salad with pointed cabbage, pear and sunflower seeds.
Dessert:
Vegan chocolate cake, creme and baked berries.
