Dear students & parents

On November 24th, 2023, we are hosting the traditional gala event, where the entire school will be set up for celebration. There will be a communal dinner with delicious food, beautifully decorated tables, and festive performances by our students in the form of speeches, songs, dances, and more.

 

Our graduating students will be dressed in their finest gala attire, while 1st-year HF students, 2nd-year HF3 students, and 2nd-year students from the STX program (2.g) will be wearing the wildest disco outfits.

Parents of graduating students, 1st-year students, and 1st-year HF3 students are also invited to attend.

 

The cost is 275.00 DKK per participant. Each student can bring a maximum of two parents. 1st-year students and parents of graduating students are invited, while 1st-year HF students and 2nd-year students will attend without parents.
 

We will be selling wine, beer, and water. Since we expect a large crowd, it's a good idea to make your purchases upon arrival. The bar opens at 5:45 PM.

The absolute latest registration and payment deadline is Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 12:00 PM.

Appetizer:

Bresaola with balsamic roasted tomatoes, Parmesan, crispy herb salad served with bread and butter.
 

Main Course:

Beef tenderloin with gremolata, potatoes baked with thyme. Served with crispy kale salad with cranberries, apples, and walnuts, and a pumpkin salad with crispy chickpeas and feta cheese, and a port wine reduction
 

Dessert:

Apple cake with cinnamon and crumble, served with Chantilly cream.

Caramelized onion tart with balsamic roasted tomatoes and crispy herb salad.
 

Main Course:

Spinach patties with fried herb potatoes, served with a mushroom sauce. Kale salad with apples and walnuts. Pumpkin salad with crispy chickpeas and pomegranate seeds.


Dessert:

Apple cake with cinnamon and Chantilly cream.
